Grants and invitations
The EATAW board and the Department of Communication and Learning in Science provide scholarships and fee waivers for a limited number of participants. More information here.
Deadline for applications: April 15
Registration links for recipients will be sent as soon as the grants committee has evaluated applications.
Accomodation
We have made reservations at three hotels.
You make your reservation with the registration link(s) provided for the registration fee.
Registration fees include the reception, coffees and lunches during the conference, and limited access during dinner to the exhibits at our dinner venue – the Museum of World Culture.
For groups who arrange pre-conference workshops or meetings, the fee also covers costs related to these.
Important information regarding VAT
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that delegates representing a company or organisation from a country outside of Sweden are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee.
If you are from an EU country – a valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise VAT will be added to your registration fee. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards. If you are from a country outside of EU – you can register without a VAT number.
Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%).
All delegates (Swedish and international) are required to pay VAT on social events (25%) and hotel (12%).
